Colleagues at Ernst & Young, working for the best and seeking the best, they created Panaly and brought together a complementary mix of cultures and backgrounds to provide dynamic and unchartered results in the field of market research, feasibility studies and strategy consulting. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Panaly provides its services throughout the Middle East.

Rafi Tavitian - Director

Previously in the Business Advisory Services Division of Ernst & Young in Dubai, Rafi brings to Panaly Consulting operational and advisory experience. His expertise lies in market and feasibility studies, strategic business planning, Real Estate developments and financial valuations.

Rafi Tavitian holds an MBA from IMHI (ESSEC Business School – Cornell University) and speaks French, English, Spanish and Armenian. During his Master he was part of the Junior Essec Consulting Firm where he was in charge of market researches for groups such as Mc Kinsey, Bain & Company, Hyatt Hotels, FMCG companies, etc.

Rana Haddad - Director

Rana brings to Panaly Consulting an extensive knowledge of the Middle Eastern market through her work preparing market research and feasibility studies while employed at the Business Advisory Services department at Ernst & Young in Dubai and the Consulting division of Deloitte & Touche M.E. in Dubai over the past four years.

She holds a BBA in Finance from the American University in Dubai, UAE and is currently working on acquiring the CFA designation. She speaks English, Arabic and a bit of French.
